sorry frnds for the late reply.as i m too busy since a month.dint get tym to sign in.lets continue with last post.i have enjoued a lot on12/12/12 with my family.was wonderful day with a small party at restaurant .many of them dint knw the reason for get together.it was surprise.they have laughed like anythng.huhhhh!!! bt really enjyd yummy food.yummy brownie nd mocktails nd some thai food.


  i hve tried one new salad .actually my frnd taught me.take boil sweet corn nd groun nuts in equal portion.paur it in one bowl.add tomato(without seeds),diff bal papers,spring onion,black paper ,salt or chat masala,1 spoon catch up nd 1/2 spoon red chilli sauce.mix it properly.give rest of 10 min before serve it.it will test yummy.thnx to my besty for givin me receipe.if u try it n like it then do shre wid me.nd if u have any receipe of yummy dish then share wid me.

Wow!!!!after a long time we get such a unique date.i like ti celebrate such type of day.Well, I have planned to celebrate today but will not tell u know how am i going to celebrate it?do u have any plan for today then please do share with me.what will u write on your cake if u r going to celebrate today?and last but not the list can u tell me y u should celebrate 12/12/2012 though u get such type of date many times in the past also?

i m waiting for ur reply.tell me the reason for celebrating today.

hello friends,

       in winter u will get more of green vegetables.its the best time for health conscious people.warm up your body with cardiac activity in the early morning.here are few tips for your health.

  • before you go for exercise take 1 glass of warm water with lemon nd honey.nd after 1 hr go for exercise
  • after exercise u may be need energy.i used to take one glass of  fresh vegetable juice which includes spinach,carrot, amla, beat root(optional,i dint take it), mint,ginger nd pinch of chat masala
  • take 2-3 no. of dry fruits daily
  • take salad in more qty then any other dish in lunch.its better to tkae 1400 to 1500 calaroy during the day.prepare balance manu so that u can take yummy sweet dishes also as its also necessary to take few sweet dish in the winter.ghee is necessary for the body.but it should be taken in less qty.
