in winter u will get more of green vegetables.its the best time for health conscious people.warm up your body with cardiac activity in the early morning.here are few tips for your health.
- before you go for exercise take 1 glass of warm water with lemon nd honey.nd after 1 hr go for exercise
- after exercise u may be need energy.i used to take one glass of fresh vegetable juice which includes spinach,carrot, amla, beat root(optional,i dint take it), mint,ginger nd pinch of chat masala
- take 2-3 no. of dry fruits daily
- take salad in more qty then any other dish in lunch.its better to tkae 1400 to 1500 calaroy during the day.prepare balance manu so that u can take yummy sweet dishes also as its also necessary to take few sweet dish in the winter.ghee is necessary for the body.but it should be taken in less qty.
